About The Founders
The father has been a practicing attorney in Los Angeles for 38 years as well as an adjunct professor at the USC School of Law for 31 years. He has been recognized several times as a Super Lawyer of California (an award given by his peers and published in a national magazine) and has been featured on television, the radio and has also written extensively for newspapers.
The daughter, Monica Fenster, has degrees in Psychology and Human Resources Management from California State University at Long Beach. She received her Paralegal Degree from UCLA. After several years of working at the top, online legal company in Los Angeles as head of Quality Control in the Divorce Department, she and her father realized they could do a better job and provide one on one personal service during this difficult time. This prompted the birth of PrepYourDivorce.com.
