We guarantee 100% of our work. However, if the Court rejects your forms due to a PrepYourDivorce error, we will remedy the situation. At no extra charge, we will make any changes required by the Court. In the highly unlikely situation the documents are still not accepted, you will be refunded the full price of the Divorce Kit you purchased.

In the event that a document rejection occurs which is not the fault of PrepYourDivorce, we will help you solve the problem. (These problems can arise from stray marks on the papers to forgetting to sign or date any of the forms.) All you have to do is contact us and explain the reason for the situation and we will do what we can to fix the problem.
